Utra66 Terms and Conditions – User Rights & Responsibilities for Malaysia Platform

1. Account Eligibility

To register and use the utra66 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. utra66 conducts a strict age verification process and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Be located in a jurisdiction or country where participation in online gambling activities is permitted under applicable local laws.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident whose country's laws prohibit participation in online gambling platforms.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program at any recognized gambling platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and act solely on your own behalf.

Utra66 reserves the right at any time to request proof of age and identity from any member. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and any related balance may be held until the verification process is complete.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user is only permitted to own one (1) active account at utra66. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice, along with the freezing of any existing balances.

Your responsibilities as an account holder:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and throughout the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• Ensure your account password is unique, strong, and not shared with any other party — including family members or friends.
• Notify the utra66 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Update your personal information whenever changes occur, particularly your bank account or e-wallet details used for transactions.

Utra66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials. Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

Identity Verification (KYC):

Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your ID, bank statement, or proof of current address. All submitted documents will be processed securely in accordance with Privacy Policy utra66.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit at utra66 is RM10 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, AmBank), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), and other digital methods listed on the platform.

• Utra66 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must come from an account registered in the member's own name.
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of payment for immediate investigation.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction; there is no daily withdrawal limit for active members.
• Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the member's name — no withdrawals to third-party accounts are permitted.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals that have not met the bonus wagering requirement (rollover) will be held until the requirement is fully satisfied.
• Utra66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving large withdrawal amounts, including requesting further supporting documents.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Utra66 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically between 5x and 30x the value of the bonus received. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically without further notice.
• Bonus withdrawal limit: Some bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit on the amount that can be converted to cash. This limit is explicitly stated in the respective promotional terms.

5. Game Rules

All games available on the utra66 platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international bodies. The outcome of every game is final and cannot be disputed once a spin or hand is completed.

• Utra66 is not responsible for any technical disruptions occurring outside the platform's control, including internet outages or user device failures.

Live Casino Results:

For Live Casino games with a real human dealer, results announced by the dealer are final. In the event of any dispute regarding a live game outcome, utra66 will review the video recording of the relevant game session to reach a fair and final decision.

6. Player Conduct

Utra66 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. As such, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the utra66 platform:

Utra66 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in suspicious activity. During the investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds may be withheld. utra66 reserves the right to report any fraudulent or illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure by User:

You may close your utra66 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to applicable bonus terms) may be withdrawn in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedure.

Self-Exclusion:

Utra66 provides a self-exclusion option for users who feel they need a break from gaming activities. Self-exclusion can be applied for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no new bonuses will be issued to the account.

Closure by utra66:

Utra66 reserves the right to close or suspend any user's account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any term in this document.

9. Limitation of Liability

Utra66 provides an online gambling platform as an entertainment service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, utra66 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond utra66's control, including third-party system outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

10. Amendment of Terms
